In accessing Keeran Roberts Photography website you agree that you will only use the downloaded content of this website for your own personal and domestic use including non-commercial reference. No part of this website (www.keeran-roberts.com) may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means. This includes electronic, mechanical, photocopying or otherwise without prior permission on the site owner. The 1988 Copyright Act assigns the copyright to the Photographer. It is contrary to the Act to copy or to allow being copied, by any means, photographs covered by this contract. However, where a disc has been given, the Customer may reproduce the images on the disc for their sole use. Digital or reprinted images cannot be shared with third parties. Terms & Payment
Travel within Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire will not incur any travel costs. Travel outside of the mentioned counties will incur a charge of 45p per mile. A copy of these terms and conditions will be provided with every quote and should be agreed upon prior to any works being carried out.
All invoices are payable in full immediately on submission of invoice unless otherwise agreed in advance. This includes any otherwise stated travel costs. If payment is not made then Keeran Roberts Photography may rescind any Agreements made and will endeavor to recover any debts or damages. A fee of £50 will be made for each account reminder, duplicate invoices or any other paperwork, correspondence or phone calls with the pursuance of a debt. This fee is non-refundable and represents the additional time spent pursuing the overdue/outstanding debt. Should the debt not be cleared within 3 weeks of the chargeable reminders being sent, legal action will take place to recover the debt in question.
Cancellation of a photo-shoot must be given in writing within 7 days before the photo-shoot is due.
The preferred payment method is by BACS and bank details will be detailed on your quote. If payment by cash is made, a receipt of payment will be issued at the time of receipt of monies. Keeran Roberts Photography accepts cheque payment and funds will need to clear before delivery of your photos. Keeran Roberts Photography advises all clients making payment by cheque to send their cheque as "signed for" and all cheques are to be made out to Keeran Roberts.
Deposits.
Wedding photo-shoot: £100 (non-refundable)
Final payment of photo-shoot must be made in full 2 business weeks prior to my attendance at the photo-shoot unless otherwise agreed upon.
Wedding photo-shoot: No deposit less than £600. Full payment required at time of booking. Portrait photo-shoot: No deposit less than £200. Full payment required at time of booking.
Upon payment of either your deposit and/or final payment you agree to the terms and conditions set out within this proposal.
Wedding albums.
Wedding albums are designed according to the sequential number of the photos taken during your day. This tells the story of your day within the album. If you (the client) wishes to choose your own photos for your album, please let Keeran Roberts Photography know either in writing after your wedding day or the day of your wedding consultation.
A wedding album will be brought to the wedding consultation for you to view. If you wish to not proceed with the album a reduction in my price may occur subject to the amount of time I am contracted to do on the day of your wedding.
USB stick and presentation case.
All presentation cases are designed during the photo editing stage. The USB stick will be either a 32GB or 64GB capacity. The design, printing and delivery of your (the client) stick and presentation case can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
The case and stick goes through a quality check when it arrives at Keeran Roberts Photography for any defects in the printing and cover. Any defects found, a further 2 weeks will be included for a reprint and delivery. A sample of the USB case will be brought to the wedding consultation for you to view.
Online Gallery.
Your (the client) online gallery will only showcase a selection of photos of the day. The gallery will be live for 4 weeks and deactivated to allow for other galleries to become live. Please note that all photos on the gallery are the sole ownership of Keeran Roberts Photography and any copying or downloading of photos will be taken as a breach of this contract and the gallery will be terminated with immediate effect.
The photo-editing phase.
Photo editing of your (the client) photos only covers lighting and imperfections only. For example, if the wedding dress is white on the day, the photo shows the dress as off white, the editing will change the colour of the dress from off white to white so it reflects the colour of the day. Keeran Roberts Photography will carry minimal photoshop work on your photos.
Delivery of your photos. *
Keeran Roberts Photography will send your album/USB stick + case/printed photos to you using Royal Mail or an equivalent service. A tracking number will be provided to you (the client) together with photos of the package before it is sent.
If the package is rejected at your home (client), the package will be returned to Keeran Roberts Photography. Please note that Royal Mail have the right to dispose of products at their National Returns Centre.
Should Royal Mail dispose of your USB stick/presentation case/album or printed photos, Keeran Roberts Photography does not hold responsibility for the disposal. Keeran Roberts Photography will submit your photos via a transfer link and should you (the client) require a replacement USB stick/presentation case/album/printed photos including delivery charges this will be charged to you (the client) and is payable to Keeran Roberts Photography.
Force Majeure
Keeran Roberts Photography will always leave in ample time prior to a photo-shoot whether it’s a wedding, portrait (family or individual) to allow significant time in getting to your specified photography location.
Keeran Roberts photography shall have no liability to the Client if it is prevented from or delayed in performing its obligations under the photography proposal or from carrying on its business by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Traffic disruptions (that include but are not limited to road closures, road works, traffic accidents, traffic congestion and traffic diversions). Weather disruptions (that include but are not limited to heavy snow, heavy rain, flooding, icy road conditions and tornados).
War, Riots, Acts of terrorism, Act of God, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown, fire, flood, storm.
Discounts/Promotions
Keeran Roberts Photography reserves the right to remove any discounts or promotions without prior notice.
Discounts and/or promotions will be marketed via social media or leaflets which will contain a discount code. Discounts will be applied at the time of payment of your deposit being paid. Please ensure your discount code is added to the contact form on this website.
Any promotions shown on Keeran Roberts Photography's website cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
Disclaimer
Keeran Roberts Photography has taken care to ensure that all content on this website is up-to-date. Keeran Roberts Photography shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability of loss, damage (whether direct or indirect) personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of, or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly.
Keeran Roberts Photography works alone and will endeavor to photograph all requested photos from the bride, groom, birthday guests, corporate parties etc. Keeran Roberts Photography will also carry out photography work at the request of the bridal party, wedding guests, birthday guests, corporate guests etc. as standard therefore Keeran Roberts Photography takes no responsibility for not capturing all of the requested photos from the mentioned parties,
Keeran Roberts Photography takes no responsibility for any photos becoming corrupted during the contracted photography period and/or during the editing phase of your photos.
